Upon the definite confirmation of package tour, 30% deposit is required and full prepayment by cash or bank remittance must be received at least two weeks prior to commencement of services.

In order to ensure the reservations of package tour, hotels, domestic & international flights and other services, especially for domestic flight, we would like to suggest all partners to summit the following information at least 30 days prior to arrival date:
- Number of customer
- Number of rooms (Single / Twin)
- Hotel category
- Services requested (meals, transportation, guide & itinerary)
- Date of flights (arrival & departure)
- Other necessary information

The cancellation penalty must be carried out as below.
- Within 30 - 21 days before commencement of services : No Charge
- From 21 - 8 days before commencement of services : 20% of total bill
- From 7 - 3 days before commencement of services : 50% of total bill
- Less than 3 days : Full Charge

All the tour programs are available with arrival and departure. Depending on the actual flights used the schedules of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap sightseeing tours may sometimes have to adjust.

- From 1 to 2 persons : Car
- From 3 to 7 persons : Minibus
- More than 8 persons : Bus
- Bus maximum capacity in Phnom Penh: 40 persons
- Bus maximum capacity in Seem Reap : 30 persons
